Hot nozzles are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 321 and beryllium bronze. Thanks to the applied production technology, they achieve high power in relation to the heating surface. The use of the highest quality materials ensures high precision and durability of the product. Subjecting the nozzles to appropriate technological processes guarantees a high operating temperature, and the additional use of a sensor allows to achieve a precisely defined temperature and protects the product against damage.
Characteristics of the elements:
Nickel-chromium resistance wire, properly compacted with high quality magnesium oxide;
Current outlet in the form of a copper conductor in a PFA coating or a nickel conductor in a fiberglass braid;
Possibility of installing a temperature sensor (type K thermocouple, type J thermocouple);
Cold zones (non-heated) depending on the diameter of the heater (min. 30 mm from the wiring side).
-
- Simple, compact design
- Energy saving
- Material saving
- Balanced flow
- No intensity in the molding

- Uniform temperature distribution
- Quick start
- No additional operations
- Faster cycle
- 100% integrity
- Optimizing the heater load
- Optimized mold surface temperature
- Less need for mold cooling
- Less maintenance needed
- Fully assembled system
- No thermal expansion
We regenerate all types of hot nozzles.
Examples of types of hot nozzles
- PTFE sheathed cables
- Fiberglass braided cables
- Wires in fiberglass sheath
- Wires in the pipe
- Steel braided cables
In coil heaters it is possible to use a temperature sensor:
- type J thermocouple (up to 650°C)
- type K thermocouple (up to 1000°C)
