Each heater is designed individually.
High-quality ceramics allow to achieve high power and high temperatures on the surface of the heater. Appropriately dense winding of the resistance element ensures an even temperature over the entire surface. The individual design of the winding of the resistance element allows to make holes / cutouts exactly according to customer needs.
It is possible to install a ceramic heater in a cover sheet metal, metal boards (e.g. aluminum, stainless steel) or heating tables.
Ceramic heaters can be made with different power distribution. Appropriate distribution of heating power density on the surface of the element gives the ability to control the temperature. This technology is used to eliminate heat loss at the ends of heaters and to heat selected zones.
