Each heater is designed individually.
Rolling technology is used in the production of flat oval heaters. It affects the high density of magnesium oxide. Thanks to this, the heaters achieve high power in relation to their surface, which significantly increases their parameters and extends the service life.
In the production process we use only the best raw materials to provide the heaters with excellent parameters and maximum durability. We use magnesium oxide of the highest purity, resistance wires with the best parameters, wires in the temperature class of 260°C or 350°C as well as pipes and rods made of stainless steel, min. AISI 304, 321 or 316L.

There is a possibility of making flat-oval heaters with different power distribution. Appropriate distribution of heating power density on the surface of the element allows temperature control. This technology is used to eliminate heat loss at the ends of heaters or to heat selected mold zones.
It is possible to bend the heater to any shape (depending on the heater profile).
