Ring heaters are widely used in industry. They are used, among others, in hot runner systems and in places where standard band heaters cannot be used (due to the small diameter of the element and high power). They are used for plasticizing plastics in injection molding machines and for heating selected sections of industrial installations. They achieve more power than band heaters. They are also more airtight, and thus – resistant to spills, e.g. with plastic.
The reinforced brass construction protects the heating element against mechanical damage and ensures optimal heat transfer and perfect fit to the nozzle housing. The stainless steel outer surface effectively protects the brass casing of the heating element, and the power distribution allows optimal heat delivery.

Each heater is designed individually.
Advanced production technology and high quality materials allow to make special-purpose heaters. Their power and dimensions cannot be achieved in the standard production process. Due to the reinforced construction, ring heaters are very resistant to mechanical damage.
Ring heaters are made of AISI 304 and AISI 321 stainless steel and brass. Thanks to the applied production technology, they achieve high power in relation to the heating surface. The use of the highest quality materials ensures high precision and durability of the product. Subjecting the ring elements to appropriate technological processes guarantees a high operating temperature, and the additional use of the sensor allows to achieve a precisely defined temperature and protects the heater from damage. The welding process guarantees maximum tightness.
Characteristics of the elements:
– PTFE sheathed cables
– Fiberglass braided cables
– Wires in fiberglass sheath
– Wires in the pipe
– Steel braided cables
It is possible to make heaters with uneven distribution of coils to obtain the desired distribution of thermal power.
In coil heaters it is possible to use a temperature sensor:
