Technological processes
Strzałka w dół

  • Cutting of the pipe
  • Winding the heating spiral
  • Making a power connection according to the design
  • Welding the bottom
  • Installation of the ceramic insert in the pipe
  • Heater design
  • Laying ceramic fittings and pulling the spiral

Shielding materials
Strzałka w dół

  • Quartz glass – chemically resistant to all solutions except hydrofluoric and fluoric acid and chromium baths. The quartz jacket can only be destroyed mechanically, not thermally. Quartz glass is resistant to so-called “thermal shock” (rapid temperature changes).
  • Teflon – shows resistance to all types of baths. It is the only material suitable for fluoride chromium bath and hydrofluoric acid bath. Teflon coating is not resistant to mechanical damage, therefore even the slightest break in its integrity results in damage to the entire surface.
  • Steel – stainless steel suitable for acid and alkaline baths. The steel grade depends on the type of bath (AISI 304, 316Ti). The steel coating is resistant to mechanical damage.

Cartridges for galvanic heaters
Strzałka w dół

We make galvanic cartridges for heaters with diameters: 27, 32, 37, 40 and 45 mm.

In case of damage to the galvanic heater, it is possible to replace the cartridge itself, provided the coat has not been damaged.

A very important stage in the production of galvanic heaters and cartridges is the appropriate selection of the dead zone of the heater (the heating zone must not be above the bath mirror).

CONSTRUCTION

High-quality ceramics allow achieving high power and high temperatures on the surface of the heater. Appropriately dense winding of the resistance element ensures uniform temperature across the entire heater surface.
