Flat mica heaters

Mikanite flat heaters are a proven solution for heating flat surfaces in industrial equipment.
Their design is based on a wire or resistance tape wound on a micanite insulator and enclosed in a stainless steel housing.

They ensure uniform heat distribution over a large area and stable operation at medium operating temperatures. They are used in heating presses, work tables and process plates, among others.

Heater Construction

In heaters it is possible to use a temperature sensor:

  • Thermocouple type J (up to 650°C) *
  • Thermocouple type K (up to 1000°C) *
La temperatura especificada a la temperatura maximum de la sensor y no el calador
