Remember that the availability of ready-made heaters is the exception, not the rule.

• Prepayment — for new customers we issue a pro forma invoice.
• Deferred payment invoice: 7 days, 14 days or 30 days (for regular customers).
• Cash payment — on personal receipt.

Yes, we carry out projects based on submitted technical drawings, descriptions or concepts. Each heater is customized to your requirements.

Yes, we are a fully Polish manufacturer. All components are made in our factory, using raw materials available in our warehouse. We do not use semi-finished products or parts imported from China — from the design to the final product, everything is made on site.

The standard lead time is about 2 weeks:

• For new customers — counted from the moment of posting the deposit.
• For regular customers — from the moment of placing the order.

Of course! We make heaters even for older machines. Just send us a technical drawing, description or the heater itself for mapping, and we will adapt the new solution to your needs.

Yes, we make single heaters, especially if they are needed for specific applications. We treat each project individually, regardless of the size of the order.
