Flat-oval heaters

When rapid heating and uniform heat transfer over the entire surface are crucial, flat-oval heaters are the best solution.
Their flattened cross-section allows very good contact with the ground, so that the heat does not accumulate pointwise, but distributes evenly. This significantly reduces the heating time and reduces the risk of overheating of the material in one place.

These types of heaters are used where conventional tubular heaters do not adhere sufficiently to the surfacee.g. for flat metal plates, injection moulds or heated worktops. The flat-oval heater adapts better to the ground, so it transfers more heat without loss — the required temperature is reached faster and with less energy consumption.

Although most often they are used to heat solids, such as aluminum molds or mounting plates, can also be used in liquid applications — e.g. to heat water or oil tanks when the heater is placed under the bottom surface.
