Tutco air heaters
TUTCO SureHeat process air heaters are engineered for precise, reliable heating of air or gases in advanced industrial processes. With patented Serpentine™ technology, they deliver uniform temperature and long element life, reaching up to 900°C with ±1°C control accuracy.
Compact designs suit both low and high airflow, and models operate up to 7 bar (model-dependent). Typical uses include heating tunnels, drying systems, shrink and sealing lines, extrusion processes, R&D labs and OEM devices. Configurable lengths, power up to 18 kW and tailored electrical connections simplify system integration, including custom solutions.
