Coil Heaters
Coil-heaters (spiral heaters) are compact, high-power elements widely used in hot runner systems, molds, sealing tools, metal injection processes, packaging machines, and laboratory equipment.
They plasticize thermoplastics and metal powders in injection machines and locally heat selected sections of industrial installations. Thanks to their geometry, they achieve very high power and temperature in a small footprint and are highly sealed, resisting flooding by polymers and other process media.
