Hot nozzle refurbishment
We take care of the regeneration of injection nozzles entrusted by the customer. If the nozzle body does not need repair or is not damaged, we replace the heater, the temperature sensor and the outer cover so that the purchase of a new nozzle is not required, which minimizes costs.
A hot nozzle is an element used in hot runner molds, at the ends of injection systems. The parts produced by us guarantee the achievement of optimal operating parameters of the system by ensuring a small pressure drop and the correct temperature distribution.
